All weekday orders placed before 2pm are sent on the same day. Any orders after 2pm are sent on the next working day. During busy periods we may need more time to ship your order, but we will always update you if there is a delay.
We offer two standard UK delivery options, and free UK shipping for any orders over £30. Prices for UK shipping may vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Please check the price of your shipping when you checkout.

International orders usually arrive 1-2 weeks after the order is placed, depending on delays with couriers and customs. Postage cost for international orders is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the weight of order and your location. Please be aware that you may be liable to pay a fee once your order arrives at customs.

If you've ordered from us and you've changed your mind, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If your order has not been dispatched then you can get in touch with us to cancel the order or make changes to your shipping details.
If you've changed your mind and your order has already been dispatched, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.
To return your order, please contact us with us with your order details and return request. We will ask you to send any products back to our warehouse. Once we receive this we will issue a full refund. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping fees or refund original shipping costs.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you with tracked delivery.
