If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to certain exceptions.

Once you notify us that you wish to cancel your order under your 14-day cooling-off rights, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our returns instructions. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been returned).

Please note that this right does not apply to personalised or bespoke products, or to any other products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation.
