If you've ordered from us and you've changed your mind, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can help. You can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.

If you're not happy with your order and would like a refund, please get in touch with us through our contact page with your order details. We will ask you to send any products back to our warehouse and upon receiving, we will issue a full refund. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping fees or refund original shipping costs.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please let us know and we will arrange replacements to be sent to you as soon as possible. 

Please contact us with your full name, order number and the items you'd like to return. We can then let our warehouse know when to expect your items. All returns should be sent to our warehouse address with a note detailing the order number and that it is a return.

We aim to respond to emails within 2 working days. After you've gotten in touch with us, we will immediately let our warehouse know to expect your return. Once your order has come back to our warehouse we will immediately refund your order.
